There were 6,319 print advertising pages in medical journals in January 2015, a nearly 10% decrease year-over-year, according to Kantar Media.
Antineoplastic agents for cancer therapy is the top drug class advertising by both pages and dollars, as it was in 2014. Further, that product class comprised about 16% of total share. The Antivirals (Other) class ranked second with 4% of share.
