More Consumers Using Social Media for Health Research
Social on the rise. In the last two years, there has been a 21% increase in social media use for healthcare research, according to Kantar Media’s 2013 Online Behavior Study.
The biggest jump came via health videos but health blogs also saw a huge increase. Social media represents a growing space for the healthcare industry and in just a few years, the number of adults using it as an information source is growing.
